Lisa offers support for any concerns or needs you have, with a special interest in mental health, cancer and growing up in a cult, whilst also understanding patterns such as people-pleasing, trauma bonding, lack of boundaries and narcissist behaviour. Lisa knows how these and other traumas can deeply affect your life through her own embodied experiences.

Sustained improvements for Lisa's clients are evident within one to two sessions, including anxiety that disappeared following just one session and sciatic pain cleared in a Reflexology treatment. Of course, there are no guarantees of outcomes but consistent 5 star reviews demonstrate outcomes have been achieved for clients.
